Event Information

Cancelation Policy: Sponsorship may not be canceled after February 6, 2023 and any payments made for these sponsorships are thereafter nonrefundable. For all sponsorships, the Association must receive written cancelation of your sponsorship by February 6, 2023 to be eligible for a refund.

Logo of Firm/Company: Please send us .eps or (Preferred) or a high resolution .jpeg files of your logo by no later than Wednesday, February 6th. The logo will be placed onto a slide/powerpoint, big and small. These types of files ensure your logo looks its best at any size. Your company's marketing and/or public information departments will be the best place to ask for these files. Please email events@nclm.org

Assigned Table Location:

Assigned location will be provided at the time of onsite check in.

Table Set Up – Wednesday, March 1, 2023, 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Open to Members – Wednesday, March 1, 2023, 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Open to Members – Thursday, March 2, 2023, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Open to Members - Friday, March 3, 2023, 8:00 AM - 11:45 AM
Take Down - Friday, March 3, 2023, 11:45 AM - 12:30 PM

Table size: Table size is a 3ft x 8ft

Items Included with Table, Tablecloth, Two chairs, Power

Attendee List: Attendee list including names and local government units will be available as part of the agenda packet at onsite registration desk.
